Dear Sister,
Alex and I have arrived in our fourth state of our road trip. We are now in Texas! The food here is amazing! We ate tons of famous and delicious Texan dishes. My favorites were Texas-style brisket and chili con carne! They were unbelievably tasty! It was like taking a bite out of heaven! I wish you could be here with us and also enjoy this amazing cuisine. The food was also a great representative of Texan culture. With the way the food was plated and the atmosphere of the restaurant, you could tell that Texas has a strong culture. Texas was a great cultural ride!
My favorite place we visited in Texas was a restaurant called Fogo de Chao! The food was so good, it is almost indescribable! Alex ordered the Rib Eye steak. He almost cried after he took the first bite! On the other hand, I ordered the Beef Ribs. It was so tender and juicy! Overall, I really enjoyed this Fogo de Chao! It was great!
